Support for rMOBILE software can be obtained through a number of routes.

Yahoo!
The online Yahoo! support group is located at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rmobile/.  At this site you will find a disussion forum where you can get assistance from other rMOBILE users (there are approximately 2000 members in the group), or you can search through an archive of messages to find answers to questions that you might have.  The site also includes additional software, such as supplementary mobileCLOCK 'skins', mobileCALC programs, etc.  In order to access the information at the Yahoo! group you will first need to join the group, then you will be able to read/post messages or download files.

rMOBILE sales
If you have had trouble with a purchase transaction, or your registration code does not work correctly, then contact sales@rmobile.ca.  Please remember to include information about your order, such as the order number, date, hotsync name and registration code that was issued. This information will be very useful in tracking down your order information so that we can provide help as quickly as possible. If your registration code does not work then also include the error# that is displayed by your rMOBILE application when you enter the wrong code. The error# will be used to validate a new registration code for your device.

rMOBILE support
For technical support you can contact support@rmobile.ca.   Please remember to state the type of device you are using and the version number of the rMOBILE software for which you are requesting support.  To find the version number, look on the "Menu>Help>About" screen in your rMOBILE application

Vendor sites
Many vendors (PalmGear, Handango, MobiHand, etc.) offer front-line support to their customers.  If you have a question about a software purchase that you made at one of those sites then you should work with the vendor customer support first. The vendor customer support representatives may also be able to help with technical issues, but the Yahoo! group and rMOBILE support are much better for those types of requests.
