1 Lists
- Modify entire HS2 lists (databases).
- Copy, delete and rename lists.
- Move lists to/from the expansion card.
- Display of list count, need count, and list size.
2 Records
- Modify entire records.
- Append/move records from one list to another.
- Delete records.
- Overwrite matching records from one list to another.
- Consolidate records, to get rid of duplications.
3 Fields
- Modify individual fields within a record.
- Use conditional statement to determine when modification should happen. When records in 2 lists match, when the record is 'selected', or some combination of the match/select criteria.
- Up to 3 fields can be modified at the same time.
- Fields can be modified to have fixed values, edited text, math applied to a value, find/replace, etc.
- Records can be 'Packed' into the note field so that ALL of the record info can be exported to Memopad, instead of just a selection of fields.

4 Special
- Assign each item only to the store where the price is the lowest, where a price/aisle has been assigned, or to a preferred store based on a special notation in the note field.
- Set up a custom aisle order, allowing you to order your items by the physical location within the store, but letting you still use any aisle label that you want.
- Flag duplicate items, or items with specific notations.
5 Scripts
- Automate HS2-Utils functions.
- Run any number of individual operations with a single button click.
- Edit your script with Memopad, on the Palm or on your desktop.
5 Criteria
- Match items between 2 lists based any combination of fields.
- Select only items that satisfy specific selection criteria; in a certain store, beginning with a specific character, of a certain value, etc.
- Handle per-store-info selections based on non-per-store fields.
